I would like to personally welcome you to Integrative Rheumatology Associates (IRA).  We are committed to providing every patient with an exceptional level of care and personal attention.  We utilize the latest evidence-based treatments and complement them with available integrative therapies.  Our dedicated staff works together as a team to provide you with high-quality comprehensive care, with warmth and understanding.

To expedite your new patient registration, download the forms below, complete and submit to the receptionist upon your arrival.  In addition, we would like you to bring in any recent labs and pertinent diagnostic test reports to your initial visit.

We strive to keep prices affordable to be able keep our services available to as many interested clients as possible.   

We accept Cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. Payment will be collected at check-in.
